ASLA in New Orleans

New Orleans here we come! The ASLA Annual Meeting starts this weekend in the Crescent City, and we are so excited to head south to learn about the latest in landscape architecture.
With a wide variety of compelling sessions on the schedule, covering topics like green infrastructure, green projects, and green roofs, we are looking forward to hearing about the new innovations in the industry.
rooflite’s own Joe Donnelly, Director of National Sales, is thrilled to be hosting three exciting sessions related to water & green roofs:
- “Designing and Sculpting Water: A Surprising and Unsettling Challenge” (10/21, 1:30 – 3 p.m.)
- “Inside the LA Studio with Rana Creek Design” (10/23, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
- “Green Roof Ecosystems: Connecting Research, Design, and Performance” (10/24, 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.).

We are also really happy to see that the green roof at the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C. is featured in a panel titled “Design Excellence Meets High-Performance Green Infrastructure: The U.S. Coast Guard HQ.” It’s a prestigious project rooflite was proud to supply. Check out this session on Saturday, October 22 from 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. We will be there!
